Hi everyone,
I tried to pre-load H5 beta but I’m unable to get it!
My accound is gold, I’m 20 on my account so it’s not from there…
Anyone encounters the same problem as me?
I saw some other guy have the same problem but it said account restrictions. Try again in like 20 mins, after resetting your xbox and downloading from halo channel. If it persist, try talking to support.

Already tried XXX times, where can I contact the support? Can’t find anything but the forum…

What does it say when you try downloading it? And I’m not sure, the Xbox site probably has a number or online chat thing. Never had to so that.

Well I can’t click on Halo MCC > Bonus > H5 beta
Try the nightfall way, I think I read somewhere people are having this problem. Go to halo channel, then watch like the fourth episode, go to the rewards and try downloading the helmet and it will start downloading it.
Its a weird glitch, I believe.

Well I’ll try everything again later and if it doesnt work I’ll contact the support

I see more.and more post having trouble, maybe so many people trying it at the same time or something. I would go to bed and set an alarm again for later. But no prob, hope it works soon dude.
