Yeah I have tommorow off but work the next 2 days but with the launch being so late in the day the download will waste pretty much any time I could have played.
as for pre load I think game pass can but not steam so rip us
preinstall is in the pipeline to get fixed in season 2
please be patient and understanding
how could they anticipate people wanting the game installed before launch?

As far as I can tell its because they made it a DLC and I dont think dlc can pre load
so yknow pre ordering on steam kinda did nothing for me. Especially since pre order bonuses are only on best buy and amazon not steam
Can I pay $100 extra dollars to unlock preinstall early?

You can pay $100 to unlock the campaign battlepass with preload being unlocked at rank 100.

It’s probably really difficult to monetize preinstall so they just scrapped it.
