PraetoriaGuard

The PraetoriaGuard has been around for 8 years now, and is one of the oldest gaming communities in existence. Looking for a great community full of gamers? A place where you can make friends that are mature, of all skill levels and interests, find people to play with, and have some fun? Then you have stumbled onto the right page.

At PraetoriaGuard we strive for excellence in everything we do. In our time we have contributed to the direct founding of early machinima. We have worked with Bungie against cheating on Halo via our old website “Halo2cheaters.com”, as well as a custom game website “Halo2Gametypes.com”. We have several xbox ambassadors in the clan, Microsoft MVP’s, and have run several official Xbox events. We sometimes hold tournaments online, raising money for a charities of our choice, sponsored by different game companies and occasionally Microsoft itself. We have also been lucky enough to have three “Humpday Challenges” as well as Community Spotlight on Bungie.

At PraetoriaGuard we also house many artists, hence our Halo Everywhere art contest that was sponsored by Bungie and Microsoft several years ago.
We also have had a handful of competitive people, some competing at the semi-pro level in previous Halo games. We have Halo, Call of Duty, Gears, and other competitive teams.

We frequently hold gaming nights, and all are invited to come and join us.

Here’s some great news:
Currently we are holding an open recruitment session, in the coming wake of Halo 4 in November. We are seeking active people interested in GAMING (obviously), as well as making videos, competitive gaming, helping run tournaments, and just having fun! Casual gamers, competitive gamers, and super involved gamers are all wanted!

You know, I remember lurking around on your guy’s site back in the days of Halo 2. I spent a good amount of time there now that I think of it. In addition I actually think I still have a few of you fellows on my friends list on Xbox Live.

I’ll be sure to stop by your site and say hello again.
