How do they work via the ordnance drop? Would you say that overshield and speed boost are equally distributed? For example, os-speed-os-speed-os-speed, etc? Or is it completely random with no pattern at all?

I haven’t played the game but i wanted to tell you that there’s Damage boost too and i believe it’s random with Personal Ordinance Drops.
