Scope: War Zone weekend playlist to “burn” REQ cards at an accelerated rate. Not permanent.
Parameter Modifications:
- Start at REQ level 5. - Start with 3 REQ points. - 0.5x REQ Level increase. - x2 earned REQ points. - Exclusive high tier enemy AI spawns, for the same low price!
Narrative: “We’re going and we’re going in hot.”
Instead of escalating the battle from the intended lowest bar, the PZ starts with full intent of large scale battles.
Top tier scout vehicles, base-taking/defending weapons and armour mods can be used from the start, and used often, thanks to the x2 REQ accumulation increase. The 0.5 REQ Level increase attempts to keep some players from earning REQ lvl.9 within 2 minutes, but if REQ lvl.9 is hit within 5min, that’s OK, this is the BIG Spartan sandbox for the weekend!
A single playlist of both gametypes mixed into one would satiate my weekend wants.
This sounds really awesome.
I have said it very often and I will say it again.
Halo 5G could be the most awesome game of all times,
but 343i is ignoring all our wishes and hopes.
I massively support this. Especially, if as a weekend playlist, they double exp (or even RP) gain.
Yo, I think this’d be an incredibly fun idea, especially if it came with a super open-themed map. However, imagine how many people would be super super super salty that this even happened. I can see it now, “omg, 343i really just money hungry idiots making us buy req packs to play their stupid game, omg” I personally think it sounds fantastic, but I guarantee a lot of people would be upset as if 343 was forcing them to purchase reqs with real money.
Sadly, people love to hate 343i. If it were Bungie making the same decisions, people would cut them some slack, just because they’re Bungie.

Well they may actually be just hiding it you never know. I mean February seems promising with griftball coming back, and maybe infection. I think its just a little harder to do this because(please correct me if im wrong) they haven’t really made a full from scratch blockbuster to this scale before. Example, forge from scratch, halo from scratch. Implementing other stuff would take alot of time to make sure glitches and mishaps dont happen aka MCC. Im just saying they could surprise us at anytime in these updates and we could all hate or love them for doing it. I mean the new forge for example, so many were upset it wasn’t like before but look at all the amazing things we have done with it. Halo 5 has so much potential let’s hope 343 sees that potential as well. (Dont be year 1 destiny. Lol sorry that game was disappointing :p)
