Power Weapons in Spartan ops?

I might have missed this so sorry if that is the case.

So will we be able to start with power weapons in Spartan Ops? I will probably play through all the episodes with the same guys and we are all good at different things, one of my buddies has become our sniper guy and so on, so will he be able to start the game with the sniper for example?

Or will it work the same way as MP with ODs and/or pick ups?

This…I mean it carries over to Spartan Ops, your loadout that is.

Not in the build I played you couldn’t, but there seemed to be a lot of power weapons just lying around or readily available off the last enemy you killed.
