Where and how do we use these? Are they High rank in Warzone or have I not unlocked something?

Over shield, cloak, damage boost, speed boost. These things you can obtain in REQ packs (bronze/silver). They are cheap 2-4 energy to obtain one. Easy to pop an overshield after securing your base.
Are you referring to Boosts? If so, they’re selected on the matchmaking screen and apply for the duration of the match.

So you use them from the req station in warzone then? Somehow I’ve missed it.
