Hello I am I Crush All the creator of Power Installation 484 (One of the Matchmaking Infection Maps)
I am looking for feedback on the map and any fixes that you all think should be fixed.
I can’t wait for the feedback so I can fix up the map so it will have its best potential and the best gameplay possible for the map for matchmaking.
I think the design of the map is amazing, it looks beautiful, but I really dislike that it’s usually just a mad dash to the underground rooms, and while this can be countered with a large group of infected, I’ve played many matches where the 2 beginning infected can never kill anyone because they’re all down there.

Any specific area in the underground?
BTW have you used the pallet boxes to move towards them without being shot?
You can still be hit from grenades while you move the boxes, Spartans can also just push the boxes back as well. I love the rest of the map, but honestly it’s so hard for infected to get kills.
I love your map. It is by far my favorite infection followed closely by backwoods and the crypt. To improve it, I would say make some of the walls (that people usually camp by) move when you press a button. I like the big floor that opens up but we need more like it. It would help the infected win more often on your map if they had a way to open a door and have two ways to go down a hallway instead of one. Besides that, it’s awesome!

Just the underground in general, I feel as though that’s where 90% of survivors go so that’s where all the infected go as well, so if you’re anywhere else on the map you’ll barely get any kills which kinda sucks. It’s either join them and maybe get a few kills or go off on your own and get no kills, but I have had some great matches on the map, don’t get me wrong, it is very fun and yes I have used the boxes.

OK I’ll try to work on that and make it a little bit easierbfor the infected,might shorten some areas of the map or constrain them to make the map slightly smaller.

Pretty much just the basement areas with long one way hallways.

Anytime, I thinks it’s great that 343 makes it so easy for content creators and players can communicate, and I completely understand what you’re saying about the basement but at the end of the day know that it is a great map and many people do enjoy it, and hopefully we’ll see more of your work in future updates.

I’m obviously in love with your map honestly one of my favorites, best map design I have ever since.
But this question is for you will you be making more infection maps for halo 5 cause that would be awesome and I’d love to see the creations you come up with.

Just played this map for the first time last night and the tunnels were the only “frustrating” part. I noticed there were switches inside to open doors and access routes, but are there any outside to do the same? It seems the common strategy is to pile in the tunnel on top of one another and create a wall of bullets since their is no rear access with the bay doors closed.

Yes there are two more switches to open the door blocking the building.
I’ve been working on the underground area and will be testing that later on.
