Potential Bug/Glitch?

I’ve been experiencing some severe difficulties in relation to Halo 5, the servers and my account:

  • It displays my level as 1, I should be level 64 - I have no experience or Req Points - Commendations are wiped - It says “Retrieving Data” after every game, followed by “Unable to retrieve data” - This has gone on for over a day now, it usually lasts a match or two at max.Has anyone else experienced this phenomena, or is it just me?
    I’m desperate for help, i contacted Microsoft support to no avail.

About the troubleshooting with Microsoft Support, we conducted:

  • Soft restarts - Hard restarts - Connection diagnostics to multiplayer servers and the internet - rebooting the game - Removing my account from the Xbox and rejoining - Rebooting the wifiAs mentioned before, none of this worked.
