How exactly do I post stuff on to halo waypoint? Does it have to be made here or can I transfer something like a screenshot from my xbox to the forum?

Once you reach a certain level you will be able to post links. For now I would suggest posting the URL, and one of the Waypoint members will have a look, to make sure it is legit, and they will post a lazy link.
If you mean embedding images/videos into posts, that’s a negative. You can post links though.
