Postgame Stats Won't Load! Help!!!

I have an annoying, but not world-ending problem that started yesterday… I am able to view stats during online arena games, but not after the game. When I try to view them, the only section that displays actual stats is “Arena Stats.” “Carnage Stats” and “Field Stats” just have dashes (–) under each box, instead of numbers. So I am unable to view kills, deaths, assists, headshots, etc. Anyone know why this might be?

Perhaps your internet provider is bogged down from Thanksgiving traffic and your connection is suffering just enough for the stats to not be saved/shown.

I had this problem (i have good wifi) I didnt even get my req points!

I am having this problem as well. I first noticed it yesterday when I got some kind of weird, never-before-seen “SYNCING ERROR MESSAGE” when trying to log into the game. I tried rebooting the xbox yesterday but that didn’t help and I’m still having the same issue as well today with stats not loading.

In addition to that, my selected logo (the yin and yang logo) and selected colors are not appearing for me when I log in. Instead, my account shows as using some weird red and gold helmet that I’ve never selected along with not selecting those colors. Almost like its a placeholder logo.

Well I did a bit of research and it looks like many players are having this problem, it seems it’s caused by server stress, and should clear up soon. Probably just the crazy thanksgiving week where everyone has work off.

Thanks for the input guys. It appears as if the issue has resolved itself. I can now see my killer stats… pun intended!

There have been MANY reports of post game stats not being available, Req Points not being added to wallets, Kills/Deaths not added to Service Record, etc. all taking place after a game has ended normally. This has been on going for a while now. FIX IT NOW!!!

  • Many reports of players getting trapped underneath the vehicle spawn points in Warzone maps, even when they didn’t requisition a vehicle, as well as spawning underneath the map in other locations in Warzone. This still happens all the time FIX IT NOW!!!
  • Nearly every time when you press “B” to leave a match before it starts, in intermission or after it ends, instead of taking you to the playlist selection screen like it says it should, it takes you back to the main menu. Again same thing is happening FIX IT NOW!!!

Happens from time to time to me also. Depends on the days, suspect it to be server issues

Same here, if the stats are missing for me they return after a few minutes of completing the match, same with the REQ points, so server or internet issues seem to be present.
