Poster in GI: Spartans ops video

While watching the GI video on Spartans Ops, a poster can be seen at 1:30 beside Josh Holems. Legendary is written at the bottom of the poster and what looks like a face in the middle. I don’t know if it’s a elite or something else, what do you guys think?

What is that? New Game Mode? Another name for Matchmaking and/or Custom Games? Spartan Ops related?
