Simply post the AAs name, usage and recharge time, its purpose and how it balanced (a negative effect maybe)
For example:
Repair matrix
This AA is a small arm attachment that clips onto the players wrist. The AA works for 5 seconds and takes 20 seconds to recharge. The AA when in use prevents player from using weapons, grenades and the player can not move, however the player crouches when using the AA automatically to provide some cover when using it. The AA works on a vehicle within 1 metre and repairs it fairly slowly, however this AA can also repair dominion turrets (or anything else that halo 5 adds)

I still want them to make hacker, but I have another idea.
I want an AA, that makes you invincible to everything (except something that is already attached ie: a sticky grenade or sticky dent shot) for 1 second. After using it, you will have the same stagger effect as when you get jacked from a vehicle. It will have a long recharge time, as it does make you invincible… You can move, however it will be at crouch moving speed.
Do you want to hear ideas only for completely new AAs or also for current but improved ones?

Preferably new ideas since there’s hundreds of threads stating how to balance the current AAs.

To make it fair it has to be weaker. Also you can move, and it doesn’t negate stickies.

An AA that takes ups 2 slots, makes you invisible on motion tracker.
Stop all these camping motion tracker tools.

What do you mean by 2 slots and whats wrong with motion tracker its been in since the start of halo?
Target Marker
An supportive AA that allows you to mark enemies/ enemy vehicles for your teammates and yourself.
How it would work:
- When you push the AA-button you lower your current weapon and get a
specific reticle that you have to keep on the chosen target for
around 5 seconds
- you are able to zoom with your default HUD-camera-zoom while marking
targets
- your are able to crouch and move regularly
- the successful marked enemy target will have a little waypoint that
shows up on your teammates’ and your own HUD
- the mark last around 30 seconds and the AA needs around 60 seconds to
recharge
- you can only mark a target when the AA is fully charged
- shooting and sprinting will break off the target marking
- enemies will not know when they are marked but the AA will use a tiny
green laser that can be visual recognized
Visual appearence in game:
The player will have a little target marker attached to his helmet that he activates and keeps pushed with one hand while he holds his weapon lowered with his other hand.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the most OP AA in existence (but it is awesome, campaign maybe?).
Grapple Chain:
Pulls enemies, vehicles and weapons close to you. When shooting the grapple at a wall, you will be able to climb it up and down (to reach high ledges or scale falls without taking damage), and when shooting it at the cealing it can be used as a Tarzan-rope.
It could be great for campaign!

Since GEN2 is fairly close to Mk VII;
Shield-Shaping:
-Removes shields from the rear of the armour to double the shielding on the front.
-20 second usage
-20 second recharge
-Completely vulnerable from behind, but good for frontal assaults
-visual effect similar to the Barriers from Mass Effect
Defender Shield:
-Converts shield into barrier that teammates can take cover behind, equivalent to overshield
-deactivation strips half the shield bar
-can be used until shield is broken
-10 second recharge, plus shield recharge
-cannot move while in use, user crouches with both palms placed on the ground
Shield Pulse:
-Converts entire shield into an EMP and kinetic pulse, disables shields and vehicles, and slows down enemy players briefly
-after pulse is active user cannot move for 1 second after the pulse
-Can be used to deflect rockets and grenades if timed right, and can be used to eject sticky grenades
-animation: wearer crouches similar to drop shield, then shield detonates
Promethean Teleport:
2 time use, 1 minute cool down
Teleports you a short distant (Half the distance similar to Thruster Pack in Flood)
Electric Pulse:
1 time use, 1 minute cool down
Inflicts damage to player who is assassinating you
Forruner blinding device
This launches a flare (colour of your choice in the loadout section as a sub menu) thus blinding the other team slightly, the flare can be destroyed. By other players. The flare lasts 5 seconds and requires a 20 second recharge time
Flare
The player uses a flare coloured for their team which can be used to signal movement without mics or to fool the other team of your teams movement it lasts 30 seconds and requires a 10 second recharge (only one may be active) however this is useless on FFA but in flood it can be used to direct other survivors to certain positions.
