Can’t wait for Forge… especially scripting.

Hopefully they take the magic of H5 Forge and take it to the next level.

Should be amazing in the hands of the very talented Forgers out there.

Others have shared a lot of my fears with Forge, so I won’t repeat them all, but there are two big things in my mind that would be disappointing.

  1. Its going to be far too complicated. With MnK integration, with new possibilities, etc. It is very possible that they end up making this into some super complicated mode that only like 1% of people know how to use. The simple way around this is to just make a simple version, then you can open it up to more advanced options.

  2. The Forge canvas itself will be very disappointing. Super small forge canvas is going to be a huge killer for a lot of the game’s potential. Large Forge canvas opens up tons of possibilities like great BTB maps, BR mode, Firefight, etc.
