There are a few questions here:

  1. how do I see the medals I or others earned during the match?

  2. is it possible to communicate with other players from the game in the post match lobby? So far I haven’t heard anybody speak.

  3. is it possible to remain in the same lobby with those players? After the intermission it kind of just goes into a matchmaking screen again and you cannot see who is still there or not.

Unfortunately no. I don’t know what 343 was thinking.

Anybody else have any insight? #4 seems like it should be easier to do. The only ways I have found to leave a fire team is to open a party if you are in one and select leave multiplayer OR in game, to start a coop campaign and it will ask you if you want to leave your fire team and you can back out after. Maybe I am missing something that is in plain sight?
