Possible ways aound PV?

I heard developer commentary state that PV works much like your rader would. He expectedly declined to exactly explain how to evade PV specifically and I was left wondering: Would it be possible to: A) avoid PV by stading still? B)Would crouch-walking make me invisible to PV?

I think the only way to counter PV is with other AA’s. Hologram I think shows up on PV. And apparently Camo hides you from PV too, but only when you’re behind walls etc.

Correct AC when full strength and not moving (no flickering) fully hides you from PV, when you are moving and flickering or do not have full AC you show up as a faint outline to PV.

It would be nice if standing still made you invisible to PV. I remember someone saying it was similar to sonar (I dont remember if it was 343 or from the community)so if its true then that should work. But that also means that you have to be close enough to the player to hear them using it as soon as they activate it to counter.

The Wetworks Specialization also hides you some from PV, it gives off a red outline opposed to a fully filled silhouette. I suppose it’s really only useful when you’re in a clustered area, however.

AC, of course stops it if you’re sitting still. Hologram also can fool it, other than that I’m unsure of anything else.

Apparently they’ve nerved PV, any way.

That’s a shame, it would have been cool to deceive the confidence of PV using a method that didn’t require AC.

Good point but it would still be very useful when you are actively fighting someone and you get into those corner battles (where PV will clearly tell me that they are coming around the corner or retreating).
