Howdy, all. It’s been awhile since I have been on the forums here. Last year, I lost my copy of HW2 and console (limited edition with the little DLC coverage thing and all) to unfortunate life events that were unpreventable. I was wondering if there was a way for me to recover the DLC if I bought the game again on the Windows store for PC (as I don’t have the money for another Xbox)

If you bought it digitally - it’s linked to your Microsoft account and since HW2 is a play anywhere title - you should be able to download from the windows store on PC.
If you bought it on physical disc, you’re out of luck.
But now that I read this again, if you redeemed codes for the DLC, those codes should be attached to your account. So they should be good to go.
Not sure about the play-anywhere ‘ability’ of DLC that was purchase as part of the disc version though.
You can check your ‘purchase history’ online.
Go to Xbox.com and login to your profile on PC.
Click the top right area (your pfp) then click on your Microsoft Account, (not Xbox Account)
Click Payment & Billing for a drop down
Click Order History
Now take a look and see what it says. Might need to check some options to look further back.
Welp, I’m out of luck lol. Ah well. I have all the DLC at least, but I’ll have to scrounge up some money for the game itself. I’m assuming the base game is all I’ll need to buy?
