Possible start up issue?

Right I’m a bit hacked off now!

after installing the game from purchase I go to play, get told to press the menu button to then have nothing happen!

So so I think ok I’ll uninstall and try again, still the same problem happens!!

All im seeing on my screen is the background to the main menu! (Only know this because I googled halo TMCC main menu!)

help solving this this issue would be really helpful because I just want to get on and play the campaigns. Resseting the console doesn’t seem to help either nor does quitting the game and reloading!!

Would be be nice if the “chief executive” could weigh in on this but that’s a bit too hopeful I feel!

I have this problem as well, and I bought the disc version. As of now, the game is completely unplayable. It would be nice if this issue was addressed.

Same I’m not able playing Single Player or Matchmaking in the Halo MCC…

It could be that your files are kill?

Iv tried uninstalling and re installing yet it still doesn’t work, is there a fix for this?

Looks like it may or may not be halo TMCC thats the issue with this particular thing after all, after reinstalling the game again and setting my xbox to not turn off from inactivity, TMCC still wasn’t working.

So I thought I would try CoD yet that didn’t get past the first screen, then tried FIFA and that didn’t work either.

So it’s either a console issue or something in the installation of TMCC or one of the updates has done something.

Either way im going to contact Microsoft and find out what I can do to fix it.

Turns out it was a console issue but it is very easily fixed.

its due to the system not completely flushing the ram so it wont load games properly.

follow this link, watch the video and it should work, as it has worked for me.

i opted for the hold power button option instead of unplug but thats just my preferance.
