At the end of the campaign video, a deep voice says "“I have long dreamt of this day, reclaimer…” or something along those lines.
As to what who this voice is, it can only be speculated to be The Didact.

If you read the link, it references Master Chief as the Reclaimer who can only activate forerunner technology or is rumored.
This is getting TOO good. Can’t wait to play the campaign.

They did. Johnson turned it on, Chief turned it off.
Um, you do remember that Truth forced Johnson to activate the Ark, and in Halo 2, Tartarus forced Miranda to activate Delta Halo. And again in Halo Wars, The Arbiter used Anders to activate the Forerunner Dreadnought fleet inside Shield 0459. So, Humans are all Reclaimers and are the only other race other than the Forerunners who can activate their tech.

It’s true all humans are just watch the vids on this website explains all
what he is talking about homey slice is that the MC blew up two halo rings and the ark . if it is the didact which im sure it is…not to mention watch all the guilty spark vids from the halo 1 remake he say just on premithian core / group would be something to fear more then the flood the didact would be mad.

He is right, any human can… have you played halo wars? Covenant capture the scientist to make HER activate the forerunner artifacts because they can not.

There’s probably more but I’m not going to remember them all at once, regardless, all humans are Reclaimers which is pretty much why the Covies hated us to begin with. They saw us as disgusting beings who shouldn’t have been able to have access to that kinda stuff.
