It is interesting pre-order cards are being sold already without us knowing the date. Unless of course the big companies already know when they will go on sale?
Maybe the release date will be announced tomorrow?

Target ALWAYS gives you $5.00 for pre-ordering a game. If anyone is going to have that kind of bonus, it is gamestop. I am interested though why put a card up if the release date for the game is not “announced” then on the back have a dat to not sell the card after.
BECAUSE, they can’t print out those cards and not honor what is on them.

Thanks, I posted this on Bungie.net and some people said they have never seen these cards before and they also thought it was “odd”.

I assumed everyone on here not only came from bnet… but were also Heroic+ members.
And that date is a Thursday and release dates are Tuesday with occasional Fridays. I’m guessing they stop selling those cards proir to release. I don’t know how they do that though because I only pre-order at Gamestop. If that is correct the release date would probably actually be November 2nd or November 5th. I’m calling it now. Halo 4 will be released Novemer 5th. Devs like to release games on 0 or 5 dates(probably because it’s easy to remember).

Yeah, but they normally don’t sell these cards till they get a date and the cards are very recent. This is the first time I saw them.

It’s just a reservation card. Almost every store that sells games is taking pre-orders on Halo 4 right now. I have $40 put down at my local Gamestop.

But still, the date on the back, is false, Unless 343i/Microsoft comes out and say “Halo 4 will be released on __ of __” and they post that news on THIS SITE, any and all release dates released by every one else is false.
I’ve been saying for months now that 11/2/2012 is the release date. GameStop had it listed as such awhile back. That’s how I found out.
Now of course this date could be pushed back if 343 isn’t ready or that winter storm they had really did keep them from getting work done on Halo 4.

That is not the release date, that’s a place holder date.

That is pretty close to this date. It probably is a plceholder but you never know.
