I know that everybody is saying yapyap is going to be the last leader dlc for halo wars 2 but lets speculate that there is a possibility for another leader (possibly from reach) added to the game. Im thinking colonel Holland, the overseer of Noble Team in Halo Reach. What do you guys think?

Yapyap is not the last leader as two will be coming with ATN.
However I think its pretty well set that 343 will not making any more after the two come with ATN. That will be 16 leader total? I don’t see them spending more time and resources brining more leaders as they will need to spend sometime fine tuning balance before the game stops getting active support.

Oh me too, tons leader variety plus 3 still to come in total. I like it a lot. I just really hope after ATN they continue to make balance changes at least until the game is 1 year old. If we got 12 months of support for this game that would be stellar.

I have no doubt that this game will continue to get support for a long time, and I’m certain that there will be a sequel. I feel as if they would have wrapped up the story if they knew they wouldn’t get a chance to do so in a sequel.
Unless they flip the story over into the FPS games because the fan base is pretty unanimous about 343 losing sight of the “halo feel” in story telling, and main character development, while Halo Wars has nailed it both games.
I’m curious to know who’ll be the best leader or leader combo for Flood FF. I originally though Kinsano with all her fire abilities would decimate the flood, but Serina’s cryo ability could really slow and stall their advance and be really powerful. Also Johnson bunker’s will be great to mix in.

Arbiter’s stasis would be powers, and conduits of rage will be good. And jerome buffing any of those armies would also be sweet.
I would love it if they reworked some of the launch leaders and diversified them more. Particularly Isabel and Decimus and Atriox.

Decimus and Atriox are in a good spot and unique. Isabel is unique, but I’m sure we’re all open to any changes they make to her. Johnson could use a rework too.
Ehh I don’t think enough people know who Colonel Holland is to make him a fully fleshed out leader. A Didact leader would be epic and it would be a chance to flesh out the promethians more. Sadly it probably will never happen because they’d have to create so much just for it. A forerunner base, a full promethian army, promethian powers, a hero unit; voice acting for all the units.
