For those of you who are receiving the ‘Network Error’ with sub text of ‘Error downloading data’ on Windows 10. We just found an issue that causes you to get this if you have a special character in your Windows 10 login.
Example: If your windows 10 login is like… Àndrė you are going to have a problem.
We have passed this bug off to be fixed, but its currently impacting people.
A workaround is to create a new user account so you can play online, and make it non-special characters, like Andre.
This also can cause peoples settings to not save on exit.
