I have been watching the nobleactual twitter page and they have been producing some wild pieces of audio via youtube that seem to point toward the retrieval of the Forward Unto Dawn frigate along with a “deceased” Master Chief.

Whoa… that’s interesting. Whatever the voice is it doesn’t sound Human and it’s tone indicates it’s not a smart A.I. They clearly discovered the Legendary Planet and confirmed it’s Forerunner. They discovered the Forward Unto Dawn and found the Chief dead of Life Support Failure. There is a catch here though you can tell. They wouldn’t give away the Chief’s death in such a manner. He’s alive or something went down here we have yet to discover.
In the 4th transmission you can see the Marathon logo in the background but I thought they stopped using that symbol in Halo because of copyright problems with Microsoft?
Either way this is very fascinating.
Edit: The Newest audio clip was just posted and it confirms the Master Chief has been found and his body had some type of unknown organism attached to it. They removed them and now the Chief is alive but in a comatose state. The UNSC hasn’t rescued him because they used a tractor beam to pull the ship out and they don’t have that kind of technology. Could it be Covenant? Or a Forerunner? Then again an unknown amount of time has passed, maybe it is the UNSC?
Edit again: a lot of people are saying these are fake. I don’t know myself. Halo is no stranger to cryptic interactive messages. Remember I Love Bees? The Iris Campaign? AdjutantReflex? Those were all real so it’s possible these are as well. I guess we won’t know until we get a response from 343i or Microsoft. But this close to E3 it makes you wonder…
might be some sore of elaborate way to warn us fans of halo 4, either way I’m still open minded.
