Possible Hacker or glitch on Halo 5 Infection!

I know the Xbox representatives aren’t gonna do jack squat about this but can a dev please take a look at this? This was totally unfair and this guy is about to get away with it!

proceeds to shoot and kill him. I’m not sure if this is a glitch between who’s infected and who’s not, but I spawned near survivors and had no sign of infection whatsoever and this guy just blasts me like if I was infected. Please help!

This is a glitch that has been happening lately where a player is the last one to load into the game and gets registered as a human apart from the survivors, their traits allow for being able to shoot at other humans as well as zombies and it’s caused by connection issues it seems. It’s not a hack it’s just something that happens when the loading system lacks because it was not intended for people to purposely leave the pre-game lobby.
