Im annoyed at how 343 Dont communicate well or listen to the fans, I miss Bungie, at least I enjoyed their multiplayer for over a year, with halo 4 around mid november i started to get board of the same old stuff… lack of gametypes, stock maps (no community creations or 343 forge maps), I still dont see a map on halo 4 that I can say, YES! that map is amazing, its so well made and I this will go down in Halo history, the only map i feel that way about is Ragnarock and thats a remake of one of halo 3s Amazing maps, hell... I think id enjoy the maps better if all 343 did was just ship halo 4 with halo 3`s maps but using the halo 4 engine… Hint hint Cough* constuct… Cough Cough Sandtrap… but yea… Im pretty disappointed with halo 4.
I know many people are annoyed and disappointed but there is potential for halo 4, maybe look at halo 3 for some inspiration, it was such a great game that everyone loved, look at how the maps were made and how they worked, sure they looked nice but they felt nice too, I’ve yet to have that feeling with a halo 4 map. If 343 take a page from the older halo games then they could achieve something amazing!
I honestly can’t help but feel that its too late for H4. The problems with it, the missing bits, the broken bits… to fix all of these to bring H4 to the level of greatness it deserves would require a patch of epic proportions.
Just don’t have faith in 343i to fix it. They’ve got our money.
some people dont get it, the older games HAD THEIR GLORY its nostalgia. why would 343i make the SAME GAME from 2 years ago? or even slightly tweak an even older one. bungie created reach with new ideas to break away from its own stalemate design if bungie were to create halo 4 today i have no doubt that features present in halo 4 today would have been incorporated. its something new and fresh its called change.
you ask why 343i keeps quiet? i would if everyone jumped really quick to judge something they feel proud of asking changes beyond TU releases and trashes a game because features they wanted weren’t there.

I couldn’t agree more, halo4 is broken way beyond repair and no fix is going to fix the actual maps anyway - no matter what they do to the guns etc… I believe 343 will try to hang on to the small population that live on it anyway , so changing it is not really an option for them

Yup, beause Bungie did splendid with that Halo Reach beta yeah?
What small population? The only game changing problems are 1. Dmr 2. Boltshot 3. Vehicles get destroyed easily. All of which can be fixed with a classic halo playlist.

343i has communicated with fans plenty, and have been doing so on here more often than they have lately due to people like you. You do realize when a developer is disrespected and cussed at by some so called fan, all they do is laugh at them and flip them aside, they have no reason to be disrespected because they are people just like us, and deserve a chance to make improvements.
I myself, can not stand these forums anymore, and I can definitely see where 343i is coming from with avoiding the minority of complaining children, morons, that populate this infested hive of a forum.

Can is the key word here. It can be fixed with a genuine classic playlist that is in no way close to the failed playlist in reach, but will 343 do it? I know they said they would about 8 months from launch.
