I think certain parts of the armor look eerily familiar, but that’s just me. shrugs
Also another thing I noticed was from when I was playing Reach and watching the Halo 4 CA vid.

If they look similar, its because they should be. I’m pretty sure Master Chief didn’t make a new helmet in cryo-sleep.

Oh, cool. I do like his image. Master Chiefs Flood arm raises the question if chief will be infected by the Flood or not, if they return of course.

Yep. 
It may be possible if it’s the Timeless One who returns.
I highly doubt that the Didact would ally himself with the Flood.
