So I was playing Warzone Assault last night and this happened two times in a row in separate games. The goal in Assault is to capture the two bases then destroy the Core. Last night my team was capturing the Garage and all the sudden Palmer says “Armory nearing capture”. At the time I didn’t know what I was hearing. Then a little later she said “Armory captured”. And at this point we still didn’t have the Garage, but it showed that we did indeed have one of the two bases. I’m sure this caused some confusion on the other team so they left the Garage and we captured it and proceeded to destroy their Core without ever touching the Armory. After the game, I went to Theater mode and watched the whole thing play out again, from the “cheaters” perspective. He climbs up on top of the Armory and sits on the red shield that is suppose to keep you out of that base, the notification pops up on his screen that this base is locked and he needs to capture the current objective. This warning doesn’t stop him, he sits there a little longer and then Palmer says its almost captured, and a little later, He captures the armory, and gets the points. We almost immediately captured the Garage and then went straight to the Core and won. Then in the very next game, I left that server and went to another one, we were defending this time, and it happened to us! Someone sneaked to the Armory, while everyone else attacked the Spire, sat on top and Captured it. This caused confusion on my team and leaded to a defeat. I hope this problem can be investigated more and fixed because it ruins the game mode. If you have any questions just ask and I’ll do my best to enlighten you.

This is indeed an exploit, in which people using it are indeed violating the Code of Conduct they agreed to upon signing up for their Xbox LIVE account. The exploit is considered cheating, confirmed by an Xbox LIVE Ambassador, Waypoint Monitor Snickerdoodle, and indirectly by Joshingtonstate from 343i.
