While trying to play Halo 2 Anniversary Legendary Campaign with a friend in online co-op on Cairo Station the game reverted to the last checkpoint after a death even if the other player was alive. I have yet to activate the Iron Skull so it couldn’t have caused this. This only affects Halo 2 from what I’ve seen so far and only on Legendary, not sure if this is supposed to be a feature or not since it was like this on the old version.
Yeah I thought they got rid of that…hated that feature. I’m assuming you guys have the patch right? I don’t have the console yet so I don’t know how anything at all works so I’m not sure if you can even play without the patch. If you both do then hopefully 343i will fix that along with everything else that’s going horribly wrong.
yeah I have the patch, hope this gets fixed because it’s really annoying and it never did this before.
Is it only like that in H2A? That’s what we were doing as well and after the first mission, I’m pretty much avoiding anything coop until it is changed back to the normal way.

I mean it’s kind of cool I guess but they already have the Iron Skull to turn on for people who want to play like this, it shouldn’t be forced (more or less) onto those that don’t.
This happened to me on split screen, Halo 2 legendary campaign. We had the master blaster and scarab skulls enabled, but no iron… We were stumped! ._.
