I have an idea 343 could make customizable skulls that a player could create in anniversary campaign . This would make the gameplay less repetitive and give us a reason to play the campaign in anniversary more than once .

It’s a pretty cool idea but I think it’s a bit late for it to be put into Anniversary. Maybe for Halo 4.
I’ll be playing campaign more than once anyway. Best of the whole series. If they ever do something like that though it should make it so you cant earn achievements while its on.

It should be the case for all the achievements now, Bandana skull made some achievements way to easy.
