So, because I think this is easier, I’m going to list everything I like about the game in no particular order. If not specifically stated, assume that is a “dislike.”
-Great Graphics
-Lighting (excluding lens flare)
-Textures (excluding those that are glitchy/ blend in with blue team)
-60 FPS
-“Perfect” medal
-Balances to sprint (don’t think its enough, though)
-Return to power weapon control through map spawning weapons
-Return of equal starts
-AR aesthetic
-Sword aesthetic
-Return of classic maps (not so big on changing them)
-Hydra (in concept, not completely satisfied with the current form)
-Good hit detection (when not having super lag)
-Lower aim assist
-Remix maps (assuming they don’t use this as an excuse to only make say 5 actually different maps)
-Return of descope
That’s pretty much all I can think of. Outside of everything I mentioned, I think the game has really nothing good. I feel like it says something for any game (let alone a halo game) when the list of things that are good is dwarfed by the list of things that are bad.
I’m gonna stop you on your first point. I think the graphics are terrible at this point. It looks worse than halo 3 on the 360. Anything farther than 20 meters looks very jagged. Textures don’t load. The graphics just look horrible at this point. Not next gen at all
It is very noticeable how bad the graphics look in the pre game map flyover

Well, those are just texture glitches, which I did exclude

Maybe because this is a Beta? Not subject to final game presentation?

So stop op from making a post mentioning how good the graphics are

Said it once, I’ll say it twice. Those are texture problems. Graphics =/= textures
Tis’ a beta, and nothing more, so graphics are “done” yet.
I like most of the things they’ve done with H5 and it suprised me because I was pretty skeptical after H4. But the equal starts, no AAs and arena maps are a great start. I dunno why people are complaining about graphics. Graphics are low on my list of priorities for this game. Running at a high framerate is more important than flashy textures and lighting 100% of the time.

Forgot framerate, derp

As someone who participated in sword tourneys, I completely disagree. Reach nailed both the aesthetics and sounds of the sword.
