since they said they are going to have perks in h4 there need to be a limit to how far you “perk” yourself. i have to have faith that 343i knows what they are doing. they will not make it like they Cod of BF perk systems(i hope). my idea for a perk system within a halo game should work like this. perks should be based on armor more or less. if you are wearing bigger or heavier armor should have more shields, but slower movement speed so if in a BR battle with someone else the lighter player should be able to out strafe they heavier one while having less shield and visa versa so if they are equal skill levels they should both die. i do not want to see perks that change the balenceness (that is impossible because there are perks) do the extreme where one player will beat the other because of the perks he has. the perks need to be for more of a play style type thing not a “i am a higher level than you so i better perks than you and will kill you 99% of the time.” type thing
