I suggest you seek means with which to create posts in english, such as an online translation tool or intermediate translator. If you’re not earning credits, there are a few possibilities.

You have been credit banned. This is a result of performing unsanctioned actions in an attempt to boost your rank, cheat, or otherwise exercise an unfair advantage over your fellow players. You may attempt to appeal your case here (again, an english forum).

You were not connected to XboxLIVE when you completed the game. You are only permitted to earn 1000cR when disconnected. To solve this, connect to XboxLIVE and you will be able to earn credits again.

You were expecting a significant payout when, in reality, the game mode or challenge you completed did not award a substantial amount of credits. Campaign, Forge, and Custom game modes do not pay a significant amount of credits. Try your hand at Matchmaking to earn more credits.
If you were using custom challenges, feel free to post back here (in english) and I will attempt to answer your questions, as that system is a fair bit more complicated to the first-time user.
