First off, the population in this game is pathetic. I haven’t seen infinity slayer hit over 7000 in forever. Big Team hardly hits over 9000. What I mean is, is the game that bad?! I know a’lot of people got turned off by the game’s core problems(a story for another thread), but I mean come on. I guess I like to be optimistic about this game and would like more people to play!

The population doesn’t mean anything apart from the fact people are not playing the game. It doesn’t make the game bad. COD BO2 is considered one of the worst CODs if not the worst even by COD fans yet it is the most played game on xbox live.
I too would like more people to play but unfortunately its never going to happen. GTA V comes out next week (there goes half the population). BF4 and COD Ghosts also come out soon which may also land a big blow. People think Destiny is going to ruin the population but unfortunately I can’t see many left by then

Can I suggest that you replace the word “pathetic” with the word “poor”? Not that I disagree with your use of the word (I actually agree), but because your thread is more likely to survive if you do change it.
Anyway, the poor population is completely deserved and completely understandable. The game changed in far too many ways, became barely identifiable as a Halo game from a gameplay standpoint, and did very little to progress the franchise in ways which worked with what was being built upon.
