I see. No clue why those maps aren’t in rotation. Maybe they’re saving them for a specific playlist that is coming in the future. Extraction is available in the Crimson Playlist. Played it quite a few times. It’s OK. Nothing to write home about.

The reason they are not in the map rotation is because they are large blank FORGE maps. Yes there are alternate maps that they had built but they will not add them into the game until they start putting User-Created maps into the rotation. I would assume that this would be early next year.
They already stated that they have acquired a set of user created maps from a Halo 4 Cartographer event and are planning on doing something with them early next year.

Thats understandble and all but these maps are near useless as far as forging is concerned.
If you want to make any kind of symmetrical playspace you have to create your own platform and work from there
making the map nothing more then a simple aesthetic instead of a usable canvas.
