PONCHO CUSTOMIZATION
Wouldn’t it be cool if we could add ponchos to our spartans… like have a normal desert one for killin a bunch of guys.
or a reaper one for killing a bunch of guys in a single match on Halloween,

A Poncho like in Halo: Reach were their is the unique skull helmet add-on when you hit inheritor? Should be like that when you hit say top rank is reclaimer you get Master Chiefs Poncho… but if it is implemented it could have glitches when moving as the wind blowing on it could cause various lag, glitch, rendering problems etc.

Not really, it would probably just use the same material system as the flag.
Stockpile had multiple flags. This is basically just giving each player another flag.
