I thoroughly enjoyed Halo 4. I read the books, so I have always been interested in the forerunners actually being in the game. The graphics, animations, story, and gameplay were all great. IMO Halo 4 was fun, it just needed better maps. Halo 5 is confirmed to have fair start, and will have the smg. Are you excited?
I’m excited for halo 5 they bringing back the smg and redesigning most of the weapons which seems interesting and from the trailer the multiplayer also looks cool and maybe even some new vehicles
You’re damn right I’m excited. I gotta see where 343 takes the series from here.
While the poor reputation that the lead writer has consistently achieved is making me proceed with caution, nonetheless, I’m still very much excited.
I think the next-gen power is going to make Halo 5 unreal. The concept art so far seems to have huge environments. Also, since the campaign will be spit between Chief and Locke, it will probably me pretty long.
Seeing as they were able achieve so much in Halo 4 with ancient hardware, make me excited to see what they can do without those limitations.
I’m very excited for Halo 5 and the Master cheif collection is just building up the hype more and more each day.

Yeah, in fact I am so excited to see what Halo 4 will look like in 1080p 60fps. According to IGN, it looks like it was intended to be an Xbox One game all along.
I’m already on the hype train. I’m confident 343 will do much to make up for their mistakes.
Of course! I miss the good old REAL Halo days, which was Halo 2/3 and I am happy to move forward in the series.
Waaaaaaaaayyyyyy excited! Especially want to know what is that huge thing in halo e3 2013 trailer.
There’s nothing in the world that I want more bro (except maybe Halo 6 or whatever lol).
I wanted to get The MCC day one for the H5 beta and exclusive content that will carry over to H5, but I’m super broke. I don’t have the Xbox Juan.
I cant wait to see what happens to Master Chief in H5. It’s so mysterious.
I just want too see the plot, I don’t care about MP anymore cos its the OG design which I’m terrible with
Im looking forward to playing it…
Im so ready for Halo 5! Im still waiting for that special edition announcement though…
Why wouldn’t I be excited! This is going to be awesome and we are getting our first taste soon with the halo 5 guardians beta and the halo nightfall series
Yes. I sure as hell am.
I am %100 ready for halo 5 the graphics are definitely gonna be amazing, the ranking system is probably gonna be sick, and 4v4s sound like they are gonna be fantastic but, it all depends on the halo 5 beta though
The first game I actually followed through release was Call of Duty: World at War (which I still love and am hoping gets a true sequel on next-gen). Since then I’ve followed many game releases, but the one that I most anticipated was definitely Halo 4 because I had upward of 10k matches played in Halo 3 and it was like a 5 year wait. (I got Halo 3 early in 2008)
When Halo 4 released I definitely got my $60 bucks worth in the first couple weeks alone. I completely no-lifed multiplayer for about 2 weeks straight until my buddies were getting bored of the game, and I eventually got bored of it too. The time I spent playing Halo 4 in the first month is probably equal to the amount of time I have spent playing the game in the last 2 years.
And that is why I don’t get overly hyped for a game anymore.
Besides, anyone can pretty much “play” MCC right now if you have the Halo you’d like to play and an Xbox 360. I can’t wait for CE Multiplayer and Halo 2: Anniversary campaign, though.
My excitement for a Halo game has never been this low. It’s partially because I don’t have an Xbox One, nor am I planning to buy one, at least in the near future. But most of all, I’m a realist, and the trend in the past has been that the following installment is worse than the previous. I don’t see a reason why that trend would suddenly change. Even if it did, and Halo 5 was better than Halo 4, “better than Halo 4” alone isn’t enough, and it’s even more unlikely that Halo 5 would reach an acceptable level.
