[Poll] What do you think is important for 343 to work on right now?

Azure servers that I’m pretty sure are able to run and support other games (such as MCC), without Halo Infinite’s persistent issues.
Which would make it more of a netcode problem with the game, and (in theory) fixable

yeah of course, I am stating that the servers are not the real issue and even if you believed that it will never be fixed or improved upon realistically (unless Microsoft is doing tons of great work behind the scenes I am unaware of)

Most likely issue is tick rate with the servers, which is basically netcode related from what I can tell (I have no advanced knowledge lol) and one example of a game improving or increasing that happened with Overwatch by Blizzard. I’m going to take a wild guess here and say that 343i did some serious testing and had their reasons for making the tick rate so low in Infinite, so I wonder if it would just have a negative drawback or not.

Making Halo Infinite good :smirk:

I could care less about 99% of this toilet game, but at least with Forge and better custom games, we could make our own modes and good maps. We don’t have to wait for 5 years for 343 to do something right, we can make it ourselves in a week. If custom game modes use peer-to-peer instead of their dumpster servers, I probably wouldn’t have any netcode issues tbh. We could have default Halo CE armor Red vs Blue with no progression system for the rest of the next 10 years, I wouldn’t care. Give me those custom games and Forge. I hate these Maps, I hate these servers, I hate the customization system, and I really hate their version of BTB. I only need Forge. I have sincere doubts they will fix the other things anytime soon, if ever.

*A toilet game is typically a free to play mobile game with microtransactions or ads, with not much in terms of quality or fun, and is just a way to waste time when bored, and is not a game you seriously play or want to play often. Halo Infinite is basically a mobile-tier game.
