Poll selection in companies is not working

I’d probably take this over to the Waypoint support forum - they should be able to help there.
3 thoughts right off the bat though: problem with your browser, problem with your device, Halo Waypoint servers are struggling with the load of all the people logged in just now.
Able to confirm this myself in Firefox, Chrome and IE10 under Windows 7.
Just noting that I’ve also gotten some complaints about this.
