You can vote multiple ones too, to give a better idea in the long run. I voted Storm Rifle, Carbine, and Suppressor because I haven’t found any situations where they are more useful.

I’m surprised the suppressor has the most votes. It is better than the assualt rifle at close quarters. Just don’d try to mid-long rang it.
Not surpried at all to the the storm rifle out in front.
who ever voted storm rifle is limited, suppressor. Storm rifle is HILARIOUS up close.
I use carbine and suppressor on my favorite class. The Carbine is very underrated and I have taken out many people (DMR’s and BR’s alike) with it. The suppressor also gets a lot of bad rep because its does suck from more than two feet away, I use it with a regen and if it weren’t for the Boltshot in everyone’s pocket it would be an unstoppable combo.

Well, precision weapons and automatic weapons are wildly different in how they work.
For automatic weapons, I’d say the Storm Rifle could use a slight buff (and I’m not just saying that cause my gamer tag has ‘Storm’ in it).
For precision weapons, the Covenant Carbine really needs a buff, as it has a hard time competing with the DMR, BR, and the LR.
Too many votes for the Storm Rifle. Guys, it’s not the Plasma Repeater. It can outplay ARs at close range. AR has more range but it’s far from useless.
I am going with the Carbine. 343 nerfed it too much to be of any real use. It’s the utility rifle equivalent of the Reach AR IMO.
I’d say Storm Rifle if it wasn’t so good at taking shields down and causing confusion.
I feel Supressor is inferior
Storm Rifle or Carbine, actually, the Carbine, it feels so lack luster when compared to the other rifles.
suppressor is inferior, assault and storm rifle both require 16 bullets to kill, suppressor requires 20 bullets to kill and is more inaccurate
It depends on the average range of the map. If we’re talking large open maps like Ragnarok, then the AR, SR, and Suppressor are pretty ineffective. However, if we’re talking small, more compact maps like Adrift, then the previously mentioned weapons become useful. The DMR and the BR are always effective, regardless of map size.
The Carbine was slaughtered. If any gun needs a fix, its the Carbine because its like shooting a potato gun.
Yep, the carbine needs a serious buff. I have gotten 15+ kills with the suppressor in a single match, some people just need to learn how to use it.
Yeah i would have to say carbine also i do like it and is fun to use just its to inconsistent even with the reticule lined up perfectly on someone they can beat you easy with BR or DMR if they can aim a bit lol unless you get a huge jump on them.
It depends on the situation. An AR, Storm Rifle, or Suppressor are going to dominate at close range (much more than they have in previous games), and to the best of my knowledge (from my experience in-game), they are roughly equal. The DMR will dominate everything, including vehicles, from anywhere, so I think we can safely say that’s the best.
The BR certainly isn’t bad, I don’t like the Lightrifle very much (but that’s just me and I see a lot of people using it), which leaves the Carbine.
This gun probably takes the most skill out of any in the game (you have to be consistently accurate while spamming the trigger, whereas the DMR and BR require accuracy every second or so–sounds small but it adds up). The DMR will already win a battle almost all the time, meaning if you miss a single shot with the Carbine you’re screwed. Basically, if you don’t have the drop on them, you’re going to die.
Carbine needs to be buffed. I’ve always loved that gun, but it’s kinda useless. Anything it does well, the BR does just as well.
