I’m just curious. Partially because I want to know how many of us have been around since Halo: CE, and partially because I want to get a better understanding of why the majority of topics here aren’t constructive in the least. I have a hypothesis about the average age of people on this forum
Halo 4 will be rated MA, meaning that only people age 17 and older will be able to buy it.
EDIT: Post your age AND your current stance on Halo 4. Are you happy with how the game looks so far?

Haha, actually the goal was to figure out where the source of vast immaturity on this forum comes from. I figured that most of the users were 15 or younger. Now that’s not to say that every person in that age range is immature, but MANY are.
Yeah it’s probably a mixture of all ages being immature. Not saying the people who voted are being displayed as proof. Just in general though, it’s probably not a specific age.
But I will say this, it’s probably the young-lings coming in here making space cod threads and yelling to their lungs content. “FU 343!” and blowing things out of proportions.

ya but i always knew alot where underage and acting like adults lol. when you ask something about an old halo game they take there info from google search and post. i just had no idea the adults like me are that outnumbered lol.
You should ask your rank in Halo 3, and your position on Halo 4. How does your age correlate with skill? I’ve pooped on, and been pooped on, by people of all ages.
Clearly, Halo Reach is the worst game in the series, only liked by Major Grade 3’s that can finally get the highest rank, while keep a .2 K/D.

Not at all, I’m 1000000% sure that I am not the only one that sees Halo Reach as a complete failure, besides improving netcode.

Halo 3 rank has nothing to do with age, or this topic for that matter. Just sayin’.
On topic: I’m 20 (Halo3 45, in case you really wanted to know) and right now, I’m liking the way Halo 4 is turning out, for the most part. There are a couple of things that I’m nervous about, but I imagine that future announcements will get rid of that nervous feeling.

To some extent he’s right Halo Reach is rightfully hated. But this Halo 3 50 honestly thinks that Reach is a good game but by god almighty it is a bad “Halo Game”
I’m 19 going on 20. (7-22-92)
Halo: Combat Evolved was my second Original Xbox game.
My old man bought it a little early as a Christmas gift in 2001, I was 9.
The Flood scared the crap out of me the first time through. xD
It’s been over 10 years since then, and I’ve changed a lot…
But one thing hasn’t changed, my love for the Halo Universe.
It honestly got me through some tough times, and made a lot of good memories. <3
I’d like to consider myself intelligent and mature in some respect.
As far as Halo 4 goes…
Positives:
-Interesting story plot
-Amazing music
-Carbine/BR are back
-Requiem (Forerunner Shield world)
-New enemy
-Interaction with wildlife
-Amazing graphics
-Spartan OPS
-Join in progress
-Armor lock is gone
Neutral: (Need more info/stuck on opinion)
-Random weapon drops (Not needed do to JiP, but understandable)
-DMR returns (Should have stayed in Reach, but whatever)
-Customizable weapons
-Modifications
-Assault Carbine
Negatives:
-Sangheili anatomy
-No Sangheili in CMM
-AA’s return (Should only be in Social/Custom playlists)
-Sprint is a permanent feature
-No FF
-“Perk System”
-Loadouts
-Instant Respawns
-No Duel Wielding
-Infinity replaces MM name.
Basically I don’t like the way Halo’s core is being changed.
I loved Reach but it was a side story.
Halo 4 is, for the most part, supposed to be a direct continuation of Halo 3.
Adding a bunch of stuff from Reach and other games to please the newer generations isn’t right.
If they want to add things like that, then keep it in Social/Custom/Forge playlists.

How did I say that Halo 3 rank correlated with age? I said it correlated with the topic. The topic asked your age and how you felt about halo 4. I said that age isn’t a good indicator on how good someone is.
Nice comprehension.
People that are good at the game don’t like the direction the game is going. PERIOD.
Oh and you are not a 45. Nice try. The least you could do was be honest.
