I personally wish that the new points system didn’t pop up in the middle of the screen during MM. It looks kind of tacky. Halo combat looks too good for it to have points on the screen like an RPG or military shooter.
Any one else feel the same way?
no no no and more no. i like how it says “DBL KILL” in the middle of the screen and the medal pops up of the left. point less. I could care less about points and do not want them in the middle of my screen

The HUD looks cleaner without it. I think it would’ve been better at the bottom by the names of who killed who.
I mentioned military shooter cuz I wanted to avoid saying Cod(cough) like. Even though I am now.

But points care about you! Points are important in Halo 4. You’re now rewarded for playing as a team rather than rackin’ up the kills. I’m excited for this change.

The truth of the fact is, It’s in the middle of your screen WHERE YOU’RE LOOKING so you’re not looking away…
Makes sense but can still be annoying at first. Won’t bother me.
It can be obvious when watching gameplay, but a majority of the people who playe dit said they barely noticed it when playing.
It was confirmed in a Bulletin a while back the text will eventually go away permanently after a certain amount of matches.
