Well, the Resistor is a tactical package upgrade. That means that when you use the normal/standard sprint function that we all have access to, the Resistor mod will only have an effect while you sprint…we all know that you run out of “breath” and our spartan stops sprinting for a few moments.
Some on this forum have been making out Resistor to be OP and bad. It is actually not as great as it first seemed. It would have been OP had it been a Support Upgrade and thus could have been stacked with Mobility; now that would have been OP. As it is,you will have to make a choice between Resistor or Mobility. For my liking, Mobility is better than Resistor, thus, while I’ll give it a short try, I will then revert to and stick with Mobility.

It was not made clear in the Bulletin whether or not Survivor is a tactical package or support upgrade.
If it is a support upgrade it will therefore stack with Wheelman and actually be of some use.
On the other hand, if it is a tactical package, it is just as mute as the Resistor mod as I’d rather have Wheelman to combat PP/stickies and survive far longer as a driver than not have Wheelman and the inferior Survivor loaded to escape the PP/stickies.
If Survivor is a support upgrade, I’ll be stacking it with Wheelman…if not, I don’t see any need for it.
343i, please clarify if Survivor is a support upgrade or tac package.
I guess the same can be said of Recharge. It will be great if it is a support upgrade and can be stacked with Shielding, however, if it is another tac package, you again will have to choose which to use. This time, though, my choice would be Recharge over Shielding.
