It says I have no sent PMs even though I’ve sent three this morning. And I haven’t received PMs I was told were sent. GOD -Yoink!- I AM JUST TRYING TO GET A SPECIALIZATION CODE AND I CANT. NOW THERE IS SOMETHING ELSE GOING WRONG THAT IS PREVENTING ME FROM GETTING ONE. WHY THE -Yoink- IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?!

Quick note, people who you are trying to send PMs to will have to change this setting also.

If you sent and it says you didn’t, mean that the reciver has the option of “Recive PMs only from Buddy list”, that means you can’t sent them messages if they don’t add you to their buddy list.
I have to say that I’m surprised that forum must be so strange about PMs, why can’t it be “recive from everyone” as default option?
OK turns out the people I have been sending to have THEIR settings wrong. Thanks for your help everyone.
