I have Halo Game-shared on my xbox. like i have my friend’s account set on my home xbox so i can play halo. But my problem is that i have some content available to download and use. But when i downloaded it i cant use that content. I have the Pre-Order Bonus (which i got), i also have a Promotional REQ pack ( i think got), Halo: Fall of Reach (Don’t have/ don’t know how to redeem) and a Warzone REQ Bundle(Don’t Have/ Don’t know how to redeem). Please help. i want to use the stuff. also when i go into packs it says there is nothing there. So i don’t know what to do
Have you looked up these items in the store? Or go into games and apps and hit manage game on halo 5
I have. It says installed but when i go in game i cant use it or anything.
Hey OP, although game sharing allows you to access the game and will generally give you access to DLC, things like the REQ bundles and the Fall of Reach content are single licence. They are assigned to the gamertag that redeemed the codes so they will only work for that account, you’d have to purchase your own bundle / copy of Fall of Reach for yourself. FoR is on Netflix right now, so you can watch it there if you have access. Warzone Bundle I think was on sale a few weeks ago, could wait and see if it goes on sale again
