When was playing spartan ops, I decided to do a bit of trolling. I destroyed my teammate’s shade turret. After that he sent me a message saying he was gonna hack my account. At fist I thought he was just angry but then about 2 hours later I can’t get any XP from a game. I’m just afraid that I might stay a level 46 forever.

You may have hit the xp gap for the day. Many people have experienced this.
