Now, for my gaming style needs I tend to do things the complete opposite than what normal players are use to. I have used the Legacy thumbstick layout ever since Halo 1-Reach (Goldeneye) and on any console FPS that supports it. There are very few who use this control scheme from what I’ve heard, but it does wonders for me. I cannot get use to the Default thumbstick layout if my life depended on it. If Legacy were to be taken out of H4, I don’t know what I would do. Every player has their own preference and just like the other Halo tittles we need to have good options for tweaking our control style.
Im pretty sure it will be there
To each their own… I’ve enjoyed default and Bumper Jumper since I started console gaming… now switching between PC and console controls is a WHOLE different story…

That’s exactly why I haven’t really gotten into PC gaming. I’ve always been a console gamer, and the mouse/keyboard combo just feels awkward to me
Anyways, back OT: I wouldn’t worry about it. 343 put Bumper Jumper in CE:A, and it didn’t exist in the original game. I think if the control scheme exists in Reach, it will be there in H4!
If Legacy isn’t there I can’t buy the game…
I’ve played with Goldeneye settings ever since the game came out.
Legacy, Southpaw, Inverted and sensitivity 4.
ive been playing legacy inverted since halo 1 as well. haha thats hilarious I did it too because of goldeneye 007 and the benefits to sniping by using to thumbs… Of course they will have it in h4 my bummer is now I play legacy bumper jumper inverted, kind of ridiculous… my only complaint about playing with legacy is the strafe battles up close, what do you dislike about it?
