I don’t know why this is not available yet but the HCS BR skin and the pistol skin has to be two of the better skins I have seen. Why it is not available yet I don’t know. It’s the holidays and people will be getting off from work and school and have some time to play halo.
Edit: I’m not talking about the team skins, FAZE etc. I mean the HCS Winter coating. If you go to the BR75 and go to weapon coating it is the same as the armor coating they gave out for free.

Those skins are meant to support competitive scene/tourneys, so price probably will never change
