343 can you plz bring back Dominion to Halo 4 it was the best game type for match making
It didn’t retain numbers and was a hub for stat padding. The constant ressupply of power weapons and the ability to use abilities like Camo ruined the playlist. I would rather the commendation be removed and Dominion added as a voting option in Heavies (however Meltdown, Vortex and Longbow need to be removed. They played horribly or were far to easy to camp.)
Dominion was the only playlist I really enjoyed playing and when they removed that I stopped playing shortly after. I’d like it to make a return but not in the form of Dominion Light. I want the classic Dominion experience, not a watered down game on poorly constructed forge maps. :I

Dominion=camping. Did they not realize this. It was the only game mode that allowed you to camp to properly play the game. Camping is a legit strategy in game modes like Dominion where you must protect a base…that’s what it’s all about.
Now team death match camping is frowned upon and I agree, but not dominion. It was made for camping and they removed it. I loved Dominion. Sneaking into bases and silently picking of the campers. Then camping yourself and destroying them when they come back.
I miss Dominion.
You would think that 343 would keep a game mode that came with the game…
But the low population killed the playlist. You don’t see playlists killed in Halo 2 PC. Even with the 5-10 players…
I loved dominion but as others are saying low population just killed it, if they bring it back in Halo 5 with a few tweaks and cooler mechanics I think it would thrive.

I miss Dominion so much. Was the only game type where teamwork came into play in my opinion. No one was plasma pistoling there own teams vehicles to get people out because they ‘stole the spawn’.

I highly agree, Dominion nest to big team was my favorite gametype to play, I used to play it literally for hours but when they took it out I kinda stopped playing halo 4. Please put dominion back, and definitley put it in halo 5.
I certainly hope that Dominion will be in the MCC Halo 4 playlist. Just imagine how fun it will be to Dominion on DLC maps like Outcast. With no lag.

In all seriousness though, Dominion was one of the best things 343 did in Halo 4, and it would be a crime shame for it to not re-appear in Halo 5.
Few of us had some great fun in Dominion light a few weeks back - certainly some of the best games I’ve played since Ricochet was announced (god I love that gametype). Not as many power weapons, more focused on map control. Would love to see that come back soon
