Why call it holiday social when shotty snipers is the only thing that comes up. Just re name it snipers becaus regular slayer does not exist
I got a few games of slayer, but not as meny as shotty snipers. I think that should get its own playlist though and keep social to slayer.

Would be nice. I’m really not liking this rotational gametype deciding. The same maps and gametypes get played… Over and over again. Would love halo 3 veto.

Only issue with veto / voting, you always end up with the same 3 maps.

And, like Halo 3 everyone that does not get the maps and game types they want quit.

I played a couple of games in a row of social all of them snipers. I wanted to quit soooooo bad. I just want to play slayer to relax. Not snipers. I don’t want to have to avoid playlists. I just don’t want to worry about ranks and getting placed somewhere.
Yeah, I was pretty excited to play with some lower-ranked friends when this was announced…
but it’s not social slayer, not even close. It’s sweaty, tryhard snipers and completely ruins the purpose of the playlist. It goes directly against the reason why people were asking for social in the first place.
if im not mistaken, it says snipers in the description… thats probably a good indicator that there will be a large amount of sniper playlists…
I’ve been getting a good 50/50ish mix of slayer and snipers the last few days. I’m not sure if it’s been the luck of the draw, or if there has been some tweaking done to the playlist.

There’s more than one game mode and i rarely see anything but sniper varients.
Team Snipers has always Warranted it’s own Ranked Playlist
which is why i said that 343 listing the desc as snipers and other playlists is probably a good indication as to what kind of game it will be more often than not.
Remove Team Snipers.
Add Strongholds and CTF.
Rename to “Social Skirmish”.
Make it permanent.

Try hards have always taken over social playlists though. They know that’s where the lower skilled players go, and when they need a self esteem boost they go and ruin everyone’s day who just wanted to goof around. So this is no different then how it has always been.
says on the in game lobby that holiday social and holiday doubles are only available until 1/4/16
i assume they were planning on them just being for the holiday season and then replacing them with new playlists. not sure why
We need separate playlist for social slayer. So we can practice the pistol that 343 forced upon us.
