I’m hoping for a return to form for halo. A return to the greatness. I hope infinite doesn’t initiate got s8 in terms of quality of story 
the series needs something good.

Halo Wars 2 was pretty decent and I thought 4 was pretty good too, I think 5 was bad because of internal issues and they likely have things settled at this point.

Not gonna lie, I was thinking The Walking Dead, season 8 of that was pretty bad too. But GoT makes much more sense. All hail Bran the Broken…

But Arbiter as a character was also more interesting than Locke which kind of helped. Him realizing the same thing we went through in CE and resulting in the Great Schism was great. Locke and Osiris on the other hand…cardboard characters. At least that means they’re blank canvases for Infinite should they be in. Which I would only expect as side characters to be honest.
